The changes made to the menu, increased prices, and the owner deciding not to honor their lunch specials on a holiday just to make more money, although this place is empty, is a huge disappointment. Swensens doesn't feel like a family friendly place anymore, it's a shame the current owner puts profit over good old fashion service, which is what this place use to represent. Unfortunately the great servers and staff are put in the uncomfortable position to hear the negative feedback from patrons, another sign of the current ownership. Last time here.August 15, 2016
